DE-118 cera-coat is Ceramic filled polymeric coating for refurbishing surfaces of static and rotary equipments facing erosive / corrosive environments.

DE-118 cera-coat is strongly recommended for various applications such as gland packing areas ,on pump shafts etc. It prevents wear on metallic surfaces that are exposed to abuses such as abrasion, friction and erosion. It could be tool or ground finished to a smooth low friction finish

The kit is supplied with required quantity of part A and part B. For optimum performance, maintaining correct ratio of part A and B is absolutely essential. Please do not use part quantities of part A and B. USE THE ENTIRE QUANTITY IN ONE LOT. Paradigm thinner may be used only for general cleaning.

• Clean, dry and abrade application surface. More the degree of surface preparation better the performance of the application. For less severe applications, roughening the surface with hand tools or grinding is suitable.
• Solvent cleaning with good quality thinner is recommended as the final step.
• Mixing: Mix entire kit onto a clean and dry mixing surface and mix thoroughly until color is consistent
