This DSC-508 Liquid is a highly effective scale removal and corrosion inhibitor for the common ferrous and non-ferrous metals in closed loop heat exchangers and equipments it removes a scale from surface and also . the stable oxide film that is formed prevents corrosion caused by electrolytic action between dissimilar metals used in the system. Liquid has been field tested and found to have nodetrimental effects on non metallic substances such as seals, glands, packing, hoses, gaskets etc., normally used in these systems. The compound is highly acidic and In cases where systems are contaminated with oil and/or scale will effectively cleaned. For batter effect circulate system with 10-20 % product and 80 to 90 % Good quality water @ 50-60 C temp. Suggested circulation is for minimum 4-6 hrs subject to scale formation. OR DIPS IN SOLUTION WITH AIR FOR 2-3 HRS. Wash with good quality water and use jet to remove surface scale.
